David Anderson is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Licensed Contractor with the state of Tennessee with 15 years of experience in residential construction.  

David is a native of Brentwood, where he attended Brentwood High School, has a degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee and a Masters of Science in Real Estate from Georgia State University.  David currently lives in College Grove with his wife and three sons.   

David Anderson started Dogwood Homes in 2010 after several years experience working with larger regional builders.  David worked as a project manager with Newmark Homes for 6 years and built approximately 90 homes in Williamson County.  Communities included: The Governors Club, Moores Landing, and Avalon.  After Newmark, David was the Construction Operations Manager at Norfolk Homes for 2 years.  John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods was the final builder David worked for during the startup of Dogwood Homes.  David worked as the division warranty manager as well as part of the division purchasing management team.  All three builders were very different in their strategy and value they provided to their buyers.  David's ambition with Dogwood Homes is to provide a superior home which delivers the quality and value today's new home buyer is expecting; with the one on one service, the bigger builders can not provide.
